Assuming that the application is during Q4, how long does it take approximately to do each step?

I went through it for London in H1 ‘22. Went:
- 1 week between application and test invite
- 2 weeks later to get results & interview invite
- 3 weeks later I had my R1
- 1 week later had R2, and my offer on the same day
- Started 3 months after that (structured start dates here)
For BCG Paris, it was a bit slower, I had 2-3 weeks until I got my test results and interview invites. Then 3 weeks before R1, and 4 weeks before R2. At that stage I pulled out cause I had Bain already. Start date would have been 4-5 no this later (about 2 months after Bain).
End to end for Bain was… 4.5 months and BCG would have been 6.5, so yeah, basically that
I went though it for an European office in 22.
1. 2 month between me submitting the application to the online test, and 1-2 weeks from the test to the recruiter getting back to me
2. I went through all case interviews back to back within 2 weeks
3. After the last case interview, I got the offer within 24h
4. Started 3 months after the written offer was signed, mostly because of the long notice period of my previous job
My old job was in the industry, it was flexible, plus my formal management was aware that I was actively looking for a new position, and they were ok with me taking a few hours here and there to interview for other jobs.
