Curious for feedback as I see a very wide range on job postings for CAS Controller roles. I'm at 155k (no bonus, full benefits) and believe this is on the higher end as I keep seeing roles at the 100-125k range posted now (similar to before taking this role last year). I know bonus can make a difference but feel like I'm fortunate to be earning 155k with minimal overtime. What are others seeing in the CAS space? My company is remote so COL is irrelevant (no regional change in comp).
