Currently I got an offer from cognizant but I am not confirmed that they have assigned me a project or not. I have asked HR the same as she replied with a technology stack and one project name but in very short. Does this mean I am recruited directly for a project or not. Because I got to know that cognizant is selecting people and keeping them on a bench and not assigning any project. Is this true situation?

They say it’s about connections, but my connections are limited especially in these fields. I am constantly ghosted by recruiters and managers on LinkedIn. I have film PA experience, but other than that my background is in retail. Any advice going forward?

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.
