Bonus for EY S&O?
Negotiating with EY for M/SM Tech Consulting. I have 15 years experience, skills are in demand and my interviews went extremely well. 1. What are the salary ranges for M and SM in NYC. 2. I am told it is only going to be a M now, for my own benefit-no EY network means failure at selling. Whats the highest salary I can negotiate at M. Any other tips will be handy. I have "sold" (support on sales & new roles through relationships) plus I have solid delivery experience. I really want SM 😀😀😀 EY

Slalom
Congrats! I’d definitely take GT. Negotiate that sign on bonus.
Not sure why Slalom would give you Consultant role based on your YOE.
What city are you in (if you don’t mind sharing)?
Grant Thornton. 0-24%
Thanks for the info!
I’d take GT. Good luck OP! Congrats on the offers
As a little background I have 14yoe total in consulting, a masters, Scrum Master & SPC certs.
Leaning toward either GT or Slalom at this point.
I did push back with Slalom in regards to title, I feel coming in at consultant is a little low for my yoe. They wouldn’t budge and said I could make my case to move up to senior consultant in September. However that seems pretty ambitious and really dependent on the contract i get placed on.
