Deciding between 3 offers and looking for some opinions/company insight

1)Grant Thornton
-Experienced Manager in the Solution Family Team
-170k Base, 5k sign-on, not sure bonus target (anyone know the average for that role?)
2) Slalom
-Consultant Role
-168k Base, 8% target bonus, no sign-on
3) Local Boutique Firm (~29 Employees)
- Senior Consultant
-W2 role with hourly rate of $100/hr, 10k signing bonus, yearly bonus for utilization targets & potential to earn bus dev bonus

I feel like all of my friends who work in tech are very open about their starting salaries and the increases each year. I am going to work in public accounting and I feel like when I look up how much I will make after being promoted or early promoted it’s very cryptic. Can anyone tell me the standard salary % increase in PA after your first, second, third promotion?

Role offered - Either of Lead Solution Advisor / Senior Solution Advisor
Total experience is 6 years.
Please throw some light on what role is typically offered with 6 years of experience and what salary bracket is for both the designations.

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

Im having 9.5yoe in java backend development( technical lead) and have not worked in devops till now. But recently i have started with a PG course in devops.
I am very much interested to move to devops. What kind of roles i can give interview for and what and all paths i can take forward.

We decided to do a photo session before the wedding for the two of us and family. The photographer and the location were amazing but the makeup was terrible, and because I was low on time, I couldn't fix it before the photos. The makeup artist make me look yellow!
