Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!
I really think that the insurance policy given by mediassist is way more expensive for parental insurance, means who will pay for 50k+ premium and that too for large copay, I guess the leadership team should intervene here....Parental insurance is really important for any employee and most of the time is only needed.
Recently I used parental insurance and found that the insurance company only paid for 50% of the total bill.

Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

and correct, your last day can’t be vacation. recommend quitting near the first of the month (if your date is flex), so you get full health benefits for the month in which you quit
Also, if you're leaving, who cares about "rules"?
I think you can, your last day just can’t be pto
I would take the PTO cash out rather than burn the two weeks...I mean your body has to be there but your brain doesn't on your last few days
Doesn't that negate the point of the 2-week transition period?
my rsll/talent wouldn’t let me- the firm is paying your salary at that point and there’s no reason to keep you on. quit and take the vacation payout.
@Deloitte 2, Could you please clarify? I have a trip already planned for Week 1 and then plan to work/close out stuff Week 2 and be local. Are you implying that talent won’t allow that to be my last two weeks? If that’s the case, there’s less time at my project site, which creates a risk I need to escalate
I just resigned this week so I can tell you they in the email it said your last day cannot be PTO. But what’s the difference between working ‘GAA’ and PTO when you’ve already resigned?
if you are billable the last week it should be ok. if it’s “firm stuff”/GAA they’ll make you leave before your vacation
Who cares you are leaving?
@D3, because they don’t let you do days of GAA after you’ve resigned- they will tell you to just leave at that point. I quit 3 mos ago and was told this
