Boutique firm partner doesn’t translate into director usually. Most directors being hired these days are prior CIOs or large firm partners. Not quite sure about the sales executive role. Sounds like business development without delivery responsibility
That sounds like an internal position, not client facing. In which case it’s not a stretch that they may not hire Director roles
The position is senior manager 1, sales executive, career level 6. Any idea if that’s real? It sounds bizarre to me that they don’t hire directors for this group. FYI: my friend was a partner at a boutique firm until recently
Thanks d1&2. Correct in that it’s a sales/internal role. No billable hours target, just sales revenue
Usually Deloitte always hires a level down, and for MD it’s a tough sell to come in at that level.
