Deloitte folks - now that ratings and promotions are available I was hoping to get some insight. I was promoted from SC to Manager and received a 2 rating. What can I expect for a raise / bonus?

I have 3.11 years of experience as ServiceNow Developer.
With hands-on implementation of ITSM, CSM modules including integrations, good in scripting, virtual agent, flows.
Also ServiceNow certified implementation specialist - discovery (ITOM) and Certified system administrator.

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? Do you think women in the industry are paid lesser as compared to men.
Out of personal experience ,I can see that during compensation discussion HR person tries to convince a women candidate for a lesser package . Now this could also be the case where it is much easier to convince women to take up the job for lesser salary.
Whereas the male team member gets paid high (same YOE , same number of switch , similar prev CTC) though women are equally or more talented sometimes.
