I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

If you really have no preference and there is no significant financial difference between the two I would pick Deloitte having worked for both, only because you have a better shot of a higher role if you go D>A than A>D down the road. I would really think about the partnership vs publicly held model however, because you will spend a lot of time doing a bunch of independence and compliance stuff at a Big4 that you don't at ACN. You really can't go wrong w/either for Salesforce though, they are the biggest and best in this area.
Thanks all! Anyone know if the hot skill bonus is still a thing for Salesforce certs at Accenture?
