Denied early promotion (3yrs to S1) which i thought was BS. On the current track (FS) I will not make six figures within 2yrs (an internal goal). Somehow, miraculously, I received a tier one rating in my promotion even though my busy season snapshot wasn't hot. Now, working with a recruiter to get into the PE space and also had RSM advisory reach out. Thoughts? In addition to T1 I requested in the spring and was transferred to a new HNW client for this upcoming busy season.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind.
