Is their a lot of work pressure and long working hours?As read review online and bit confuse. Please do share your option and experience

What would you do if you didn’t need money? I have a fair amount coming one day and don’t actually need to work to live a good life (middle / upper-middle class). I work because of this vague notion of “ambition” and because everyone I grew up around is highly competitive and hard driving. I just feel unhappy so often and am wondering what this is all leading to. Scared I’m wasting my life being unhappy / in turmoil cause it’s what my culture wants me to do.

Recently, as you probably know, Dr. Seuss's estate chose to stop printing a few of his older books that had offensive racial stereotypes. There was huge backlash from white people, including teachers here, screaming "cancel culture!"
Now we have a white guy who murdered eight Asians in custody, unharmed; while the police officer who killed an African American man for allegedly trying to pass a bad check is about to go on trial.

My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.

The problem with diversity is they focus on a quota rather than changing the culture of marginalized groups in the office. So often people speak over me, take credit for my ideas... and it's accepted.

Hey everyone! I’m interviewing for an HR Generalist role at a Fintech company, this will be their first HR hire and will be reporting to the CFO. I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit. I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.
Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
