Did anyone else fee completely useless in their first few months as a consultant after moving from industry? Feels like I’m learning a lot, but working with client stakeholders has been rough.

Hi Fishes, I joined LTI on 21st Nov as Specialist- Product Engineering. While HR discussion, hr told me that this for LTI product FOSFOR. After joining one person gave me assignment on java+react js, which I completed and shown to them. Now they said your RM will get you a project.. Is it that now they are not considering me for products? In iprofile it shows project name as ABAS but manager name as RM name. Can someone help me?

Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate.
