Do all companies keep track of staff utilization and vacation, and when busy periods come by use it to overstaff/stretch you? Example: employee taken 2 weeks vacation by August, so in Q4 when things get busy they might be asked to take less vacation or more projects as they had lower utilization

At a tech company with less than 50 people and $6 M Revenue. Our current maternity and paternity leave policy is not good for attracting talent. 12 weeks for mom only 4 weeks paid and no time off for dads. When a consolidated unitary group acquires a TX Corp, does TX follow Sec. 382 and Sec. 383 and apply a limitation on the utilization of the acquired entity's TX R&D credits following the acquisition?

I have 32k miles with THY that are about to expire. Normally I'd go ahead and book a flight, but I can't project which countries might be locked down again 5-6 months from now (haven't accrued enough PTO to travel in near future). I’m a second year associate at a small, but reputable firm. My caseload is almost entirely made up of clients who were referred to one of the partners but the partners are too busy so I end up taking the case. The clients are told up front that an associate, rather than a partner will be taking his/her case. I’ve run into an issue a couple of times where the client doubts my advice because I am only 2 years in. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I address the fact that I’m only 2 years in?

I recently got an IBM offer letter. There are 3 options i.e. Accept, Decline and Query.
I had selected the Query option to change my joining date which they did with e mail.
