Cushman & Wakefield Interested in a Sales Associate position at Cushman & Wakefield. I have experience as a government analyst for 7 years but nothing related to commercial real estate. Imagine being Jamal and you’re basically being called a retard by your parents for the first 4 paragraphs.
Yeah, Jamals already have it rough.
It’s a front door brag.
“I wanna brag about my children. Let me link it to something relevant to work.”
GENIUS, my daughter is a certified genius. And my son is a CREATIVE GENIUS. Ugh.
This type of junk should stay off LinkedIn. LinkedIn is truly becoming the new Facebook….and look how that turned out.

The entire post is nonsense. By extension, society should just eliminate the education system because it’s stacked against folks who learn and progress alternatively from the majority.
Your conclusion is reductionist and stupidly illogical. No body is saying anything near that.
The point is we need to change what education and hiring are looking to produce. Now they are producing lazy thinkers who regurgitate the right test answers, and hiring people who can write a resume which matches the job description.
Neither focus on creativity, collaboration, nor citizenship.
While cringey, there is a lot of truth in the post. Most schools only want good test scores, not creativity. Creativity can open a lot more doors than just knowing how to regurgitate information, and this isn't the first story noting that kids that didn't do as well in school created successful companies.
Silly post. Especially writing “a nice private school”. Aren’t all private schools nice??
Nice, all? Not if you were an indigenous North American in the church run schools.

TLDR. Nothing that long on LinkedIn is worth reading 🥱
The point of the story is how traditional assessments are not necessarily useful with respect to real life nor hiring.
Frankly we don't know if the bits about the children are true, or just made up. Y'all need to pull the sticks out; which I think is the same point of the LI post.
