Some people can in small amounts. Depends if you are strict keto or more dirty keto, and also depends on how many net carbs your body allows without kicking you out of ketosis - some people it is 20, some people can go to 50 or 60, maybe even more.

It really depends on your goals and plan. Do you cycle out ( I do one meal, once a week, once I got to a weight stable 25 BMI) or live in ketosis longer term for a specific health reasons??? After 10 months in, I found out I have delayed food sensitivity to, wheat, rye, potato, and sweet potatoes. So they are out of my outcycle meal plan.
