Have been on Keto for 3 mo. Just had my cholesterol checked and it‘s >2x what it was 6 mo ago - more than double what’s considered high. Dr very worried and says I need to stop Keto or take meds....

How do you deal with team events? Find it hard to maintain Keto when team goes out for drinking/tasting menu involving dessert. What do you folks do?
