Do you ever do any programs or websites to increase knowledge or skills? Not sure if I should be pursuing things like that.

I am just a bit new to the industry. I am looking for mentorship before doing any programs. Actual mentoring is the most effective way to learn and increase your knowledge and skills.

I have taken a few courses on Udemy and found them incredibly beneficial. I've done one on a specific software program that taught me tons of tips and tricks to make my job easier.

You can take a few online courses. I found them very helpful. Go for it.

Just think of it as an investment. You will use it in the future and may even increase your chances to advance your career.

Are you new to the industry? If so, I highly recommend taking a few courses on Udemy or Coursera. They are worth every penny.

Same concern here. I am actually thinking of getting a mentor. My colleagues said they will refer me to a reliable one.

There are actually a lot of ways to increase your knowledge and skills. One of them is to take online courses. Hope this helps. Good luck, OP!
