Do you ever go through an interview totally prepared and you’re thinking “I am seriously nailing this!” And you leave it feeling super good, but you remember one thing you said that could have been misconstrued, or something you did that was maybe weird, and by the next day you just feel like you completely bombed it? No, just me? Are there any true indicators for knowing whether you did well in an interview or nah?

I cleared my technical round, after that they gave me an assignment, which I also completed.

Hello hive mind. I am currently interviewing with three agencies. Pretty far along with two of them. One of the positions is a Jr. copywriter position while the other two are just for a copywriter. How important would it be to not have the “Jr” before the title? Personally, I don’t care about the title, but wonder about future employer’s?

Are you aware of the CPA exam credit extension to 2021 for NY CPA candidates impacted by COVID19? It’s on a person-by-person basis and you need to request the extension. Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
