Can anybody share what to expect from the first round for ZS (Behavioral + Case)? Is it a typical case interview and is it structured vs. open-ended? Would appreciate any insight!
I’m trying to make the jump from agency > platform (not FB…more like Spotify or Twitter etc.). I work with reps at these places as part of my job, but technically their loyalty is to my clients (the ones spending $ on their platform), not to me, working at the client’s creative agency. So it feels weird asking them for a recommendation or referral, but that would obviously be easier than applying on the jobs site... How do I utilize my “network” without making things awkward?

I need help: In consulting interviews, is it a death sentence to have been part of the COVID-related layoffs at a Big 4 strategy arm? I have now been rejected from two other T2 strategy firms, and apparently the feedback is that “I have great experience” but they “are not moving forward with my candidacy”. I’m getting beaten down here. I have 10 years consulting experience, 7 at health plans, 5 in strategy, and 3 as a manager. I know my industry, function, and story. What am I missing?
Capital One Power Day had three interviews in the morning. HR calls in between to say if you have a fourth in the afternoon. They told me this depends on caser availability. Is this really true, or does something else determine the 4th case?
Just got done the first round phone call with Credit Karma, they want a 45 minute tech interview with the HM, and next would be a 4 HOURS interview split over TWO DAYS. They also want whoever they hire to be onsite (not mentioned on job listing) in SF within 6 weeks of start date? Who they think they are? Big tech?!
Hello all, I’m currently in the interview process with EY. I’ve already had my interviews and the next step would be an offer letter or rejection. I reached out to the recruiter a week after my final interviews, and they responded saying this “I am awaiting next steps from the hiring partner at this point.” Can someone expound on what that could mean? Is that a positive sign of receiving an offer?
