Can you share screen on a phone call?
I prefer to stay in bed all day and not meet with anyone, but I’m an adult so I go to the office and meet people face to face.
I prefer an email.
I prefer to get actual work done

Legend has it that Pre-COVID, a zoom meeting with the camera off was called a 'phone call'. I hear that they want to bring us back to the offices so we can get pulled into impromptu versions of these 'phone calls', so that we can listen without the client knowing we're there to see how a partner handles difficult conversations - or so that's what we've been told at least.
We didn’t secretly have people in the room but after quickly running through introductions, no one would remember unless the associates spoke. It was a great way to learn how to handle difficult clients, sell work and discuss technical issues.
In person and if on Zoom (or virtual meetings) camera must be on.
Don’t care as long as it’s productive. Zoom is usually easier for me just due to flexibility in my day.
If I must meet with people, I prefer face-to-face. Believe it or not I find there are fewer distractions in a FTF meeting.
During Covid, my middle school kid went to class over Zoom. They were allowed to use an avatar instead of leaving their camera on.
Depends on how engaged you are in the meeting, very engaged I prefer zoom so I can do cheat sheet
