Definitely. I’m not as passionate for it and the money isn’t that great all things considered.
I got a buddy that works in tech sales and other one in wealth mgt sales. Both bring in over 500k+ a year and work less than 70 hours a week.
I should have been a stripper but don’t have the body for it 🤔
lol I think most of us have that same problem.
I feel like my passion for what I do really changes overtime depending on what I'm working on. I'd like to find a role that I'm excited about everyday and really want to be a part of, but sometimes it feels like that's an impossible ask.
Very impossible. This industry is not worth it at all
OP I am in the same boat as you. I don't really feel like I am passionate about what I do but the money keeps me here. Sometimes I do regret not going into something that I felt more passionately about but I really didn't know what I wanted to do when I went into college. Its so hard to know what the right choice really is.
How long have you been doing this? (if you don’t mind me asking) I have been working at the same bank for a little over 4 years now and I am not sure if I can do another 4.
