Can someone kindly connect me with Investment Banking HR/Recruiter/anyone willing to help? My friend interviewed for Goldman Sachs NY. Cleared the HireVue but didn’t get any communication further. It’s been 4 weeks now. Although the referral came from a VO but the division is different. My friend is looking for Investment Banking division. Need to get in touch with someone from investment banking to push the resume. The rolling process is hurting the chances.Thank you Goldman Sachs

I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

I think it depends on the role, but adding soft skills can definitely help if they're relevant to the position. I usually include them briefly to show my personality, but save deeper examples for the interview where I can tie them to real experiences. It adds a personal touch without overwhelming the resume

I think depending on the way it's integrated it can be good to have on there. Especially with something like organization or attention to detail. Like "Streamlined office logistics by implementing a new filing system and organizing contact lists, reducing document retrieval time by 30% and improving overall workflow efficiency." or "Reviewed and proofread over 100 executive reports and emails per month, identifying and correcting an average of 5% of errors, resulting in a 20% reduction in follow-up corrections and miscommunications." This way it's more than just the skill being listed arbitrarily on a list.
I can say as someone who interviews for the admin team, it definitely needs to be in the interview over the resume if it was a choice. Time management, organization, and multitasking are big ones to hit on for me.
I used to think soft skills were just filler, but then a hiring manager told me my ‘problem-solving under pressure’ example caught their eye. I’d say if you can make them specific and relevant, they’re worth including.
