My situation is simple so I do mine during work hours, I know what my family needs ahead of open enrollment. Takes about 20 minutes for me but half of that is logging in 😩

If single then at work... otherwise discuss with partner at home
During my own time, because these are decisions made with the spouse.
In the past it was done on the first day of employment. In the office. Now it's done on our own time. It takes a lot of time.

When I was single and it was just me I did it at work but now I review it at home.
Enrollment should be done on company time and on company computers as it is a part of your benefit package .
I agree. My current employer has no problems with doing this in-office, they conduct "classes" when one is hired, going thru benefits. Although one who's married may wish to discuss it w/one's spouse, most folks know their needs. As an aside, I'm an older worker, and I save my own funds for retirement every month. I'd urge younger workers to start saving asap and not stop. Time goes one-way and retirement funds do not go far (for most).
We all get old far too quickly, You'll be at retirement age before you know it.
I think it should be reviewed and done during your own time because of how many options and selections you have to go through.
I do it while on the clock, because on do not want any distractions from family time once I'm off the clock.
I do it on my own time, as we have to have at least 8 billable hours a day, and Finance takes a very dim view of us logging "Admin" hours. Also, it isn't what I was hired to do, so even if I could bill for it, it would be like cheating, but that's just my opinion.

I/we always did it on the clock, that’s the standard in K-12 education. We could also go to our insurance dept and meet with the staff for direction and guidance as needed, or those who represent 403Bs. Outside of that it’s your on your own time; personally, we invested through the school and outside of the school.
On your own time. Too many interruptions at work.
I know exactly what I need however, somethings would have to be discussed with my spouse ,so I would do my paperwork at home on my own time.
