They are huge on not negotiating salary there based on their blog.
Anyone know the base salary/expected commission? - It requires you to answer on the application. I would be so thrilled to work at the company I just want to put what they start out at.

Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I haven’t done it.. but wish I had. I was in a similar situation where I accepted a position and had a page long list of red flags within the first WEEK. I did what I thought was the “right thing” by sticking it out for over a year and growing increasingly miserable and bitter there! And that year of experience isn’t even worth much bc I hate the company so much I don’t want it associated with me. So I leave it off resumes and I’m very close to deleting it off LinkedIn completely!
I’ve had two jobs since then. But all this to say you could even take this job off your LinkedIn, delete any posts you made about it and change your headline to just a summary of you as a professional. For example mine is “communications and administrative professional”
And if anyone is to question the “gap” in your employment, which hopefully you won’t even have much of a gap! Then you could explain that you were employed during that time but the company does not align with your personal values / professional goals so it’s irrelevant to your future career!
delete it from LinkedIn and start job shopping heavily....preferably before you quit....for financial reasons!
Were you at your precious job for more than a year? I think employers understand when something is not
a good fit. But what do you have to lose if you hate your job.
Best wishes as you search for a new job!
Yes and don't feel bad! Trust your instincts. I ignore mine way too often and end up getting fired when I was miserable anyway. Within the first 90 days most jobs consider it a trial period anyway
I’ve had that experience and you have the option of not listing the two month position or listing and telling your interviewer the position was not a good fit. If your years of experience are solid and your skills are as well… you have a good chance. Best of luck to you!
