Does anybody have experience with trying to find a new job after 2 months at a job? After two month, I have identified so many red flags and consulted this group, and the resounding feedback I am getting is to run and never look back.

My fear is that it’ll be nearly impossible to find another job. I know I can leave it off my resume, but I updated my linkedin like an idiot. Any advice is so appreciated!

But after spending 1 and half month HR called me to search the opportunity outside of EPAM, means they're laying off people. It's unfair behaviour of the organisation. I've given some interviews they're playing interview interview with me, for the hiring process technical interview then for project - technical interview, client process - starts from 1st Round.EPAM Systems

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

I’m trying to be forward-looking with future pm interviews. I want to avoid looking back over previous years of experience to come up with answers to pm questions and not being able to recall the details well. What are great types of work/projects to take notes of during your stay at a company to prepare for future interviews down the line?

What's the review process for firms. I have people getting rejected but I haven't heard anything. Is it interviews, offers, rejections? Or is it review/ interview and rejections then offers.

How do you know if that phone interview went well?

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO.
