Does anyone ever feel like they need to wear an adult diaper while teaching? I'm about seven months pregnant, and I can't take bathroom breaks as often as I need to. So, I've started wearing one of these diapers, and even though I don't think anyone notices, it is a little embarrassing to me.

Really struggling with a few students in my kindergarten class this year and looking for suggestions. I've been teaching K for 10 of the 16 years I've been a teacher, and have never felt as disrespected by students as I do this year. Several students continually talk, yell, and laugh over me, or make noises when I am talking. They are sent away from the group to reset and make a better choice, but usually continue when they return. Parent contact has been supportive, but hasn't helped.
