I am a truck guy, and have had a series of Rams. This year I got the Ram 1500 with the eco diesel and am managing about 30 MPG. So if you like a truck for a commute, could not more highly recommend.
Oh and the creature comforts from alpine stereo to heated and cooled seats, make it a super comfortable ride.
Oh I totally agree with that! However I don’t know about you I don’t use my truck just to commute. If it’s purely a 10 mile only driver, it doesn’t fit.
Honda Civic. Cheap to maintain, sips gas, low insurance premiums and has all the modern creature comforts without feeling like it's bland cousin (Toyota Corolla)

I’ve had my Mazda CX-30 for three years. Only 20K miles and have never had a single problem with it. Only been in for oil changes. The interior gets a lot of compliments.
