Do you use an app like carb manager? Berries tend to have a fairly good amount of fiber. Can’t eat tons, but you can fit them in if you eat in moderation.
Don’t eat fruit. Or if you must do Paleo but not Keto.

Berries are on the keto food list. Small quantities though.
Blue berries and raspberries, in very small quantities, have satisfied my cravings without taking me over the top. But it’s still fruit which has more sugar per ounce than most vegetables.
I have a tiny bowl of berries with heavy cream poured on top. The fat balances out the insulin spike from sugar, and berries are the least sugary of the fruits so it’s a good once a week treat.
I make a sort of hemp oatmeal and put blueberries in it. only fruit I eat.
A few berries are fine. Add flaxseed on top to help make it feel more filling.
