Does anyone have sample insurance defense billing language for reviewing claim file materials, renaming each document and saving/organizing the documents into appropriate folders in a case management program? My last firm’s carrier would cut this kind of work and with my new firm I’m trying to think of creative ways to bill for this as we’ve been told it’s a billable task. Thank you!

Where do you find the time to get everything done in the day when you have multiple partners, associates and equity partners that interrupt you and want things turned around immediately while simultaneously working on deadlines? I started working for a new law firm, much larger than the firm I was working for previously. The main attorney that I work under had noticed some mistakes I was making (I am a NY paralegal who took this position with the understanding that they’d be teaching me NJ and NYC real estate). Anyways, the attorney decided to tell the HR manager about the mistakes I had been making. Rather than HR discussing with me, the manager told my dramatic coworker to tell me..how should I handle this? Very hurt!
