Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hi folks, Please help me which organisation should I go with Citius tech or LTimindtree? As recession is approaching and due to which layoffs are going on as we all know so which one is more safe to join. Please share your thoughts, which will help me to take the decision.

Layoffs on the horizon?
So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

I doubt it, most EAs manage more than 1 PPMD. and they do a lot more than just manage their calendars-they help create slides for internal presentations, coordinate practice wide meetings, etc. I’d bet this is one of the few groups of people at the firm whose workload hasn’t changed too much because of COVID

Executive assistants or enterprise architects? 🤔
Executive assistants
Agree. As long as you are referring EA to Every/Each Associate(s)
EAs no but MBAs (Mercury Business Advisors) yes. They push half of their work back on the engagement teams so it’s no real need for most of them. Everything we have to do in Mercury is in a video or PDF instructions.

Agree on this-every time my team has anything around billing or financials that needs to be done for the project (beyond normal invoicing and ETCs), it’s like pulling teeth to get the MBA to help out. They seriously will just join a call for 30 mins and ramble about why they don’t want to help until we force their hand. They are basically useless
