Hahahahahahahahahahahaha
Does HR actually do anything?
"It was amazing - I love everyone here." 🤞
Hahhahahahahahhahahahahhaha
Absolutely! It's filed immediately, in the trash can.
Hahahahaha that'd be awesome but no
I've had employees leave and HR always shows me (and my boss, an SVP) the exit interview (hard to be anonymous at that point). Rarely does anything change - that's not the time to burn bridges. you may want to come back. you can offer constructive criticism, but don't burn bridges and don't be petty.
I had been told exit interviews are for finding out if you might sue/have legal issues so the agency can prepare, not for hearing your feedback
Nope. And if you are the one leaving its just not worth it at that point. Dont burn the bridge.
When I had mine I provided constructive criticism because the way I see it...they give me a performance review, I should be able to do the same for the agency. Tell them what you're grateful for and then give them something to improve upon.
Our HR has told people, unless we start seeing a pattern in exist interviews we don't do anything.
I really don't think so. If there was a change then I would say yes.
