What does it say that it's been a month already and our new CIO hasn't even sent an email introducing himself?

I’ve just started to put my pronouns in my email signature and it sparked a great discussion with members of our team regarding the importance of making it a regular thing for everyone. :)

My boss has video on every single meeting. Status? On. IR? On. Not presenting and just there to chill? On. Even when no one else has it on and knowing it’ll just be his face taking up the whole screen. I’m starting to think he just likes to think we all love staring at him.

So I have family situation I've been dealing with and yesterday at a company function outside the office, my supervisor brought it up in front of a bunch of people. First of all highly inappropriate, but also it's nobody's business. She's made comments before outside of work about how her boss is gay, blah blah blah. I'm just at a loss. Should I report it to HR? And if I do, how do I do it without it being known that it came from me??

I just got called for an interview next week. Yay! It’s at the school where I have been a para for several years and where I want to end up.

Any advice on how to dress and what to bring? Portfolio?

Def hate the ageism about it when interviewing. I dress in athleisure wear most of the time outside. Do I need to dress more adult then? I know I don't NEED or SHOULD and can do whatever I want, but there's something about it that makes me feel uncomfortable/I'm doing something wrong to give them the "wrong" idea that I'm younger than 30s. A partner I work for keeps asking for ETA's on assignments I have already submitted to the senior associate on the deal for review. Does it sound like I'm throwing the senior associate under the bus if I say I have already submitted to senior associate and am waiting for feedback? I feel like the partner will get upset at me even more if my answer sounds like I haven't submitted the assignment to the senior associate yet.

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
Maybe it is "standard chewing out" but it bothered me a lot. So much that I find myself still getting all fired up inside thinking about it...

I work part time for a startup for equity and am attending an event on behalf of the startup. I’ve only been here a few months and asked multiple times to have a prep meeting with my boss. He instead sent me a 15 page document outlining 40 questions I should be able to answer the day before the event.
I’m so incredibly stressed as I don’t want to show up unprepared and make myself look bad. Idk how to make light of this situation at this point

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

I'm worried that if I speak up, she'll make my life even harder. I don't want to lose my job because of this—do you guys have any advice?

So I joined IBM 5 months back, was on bench for this long and got project just a week back.

My PSP and People Manager have been kind of lenient, cooperative and kind to me because I was never told I will be put in PIP, I have to enter project not matching my skillset etc etc.
