I've been scheduling regular 30 minute, either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the person, video chats with the executives I support to give us some time to chat through upcoming schedules and needs. That's really helped keep me sane during this wfh period.
I second the above. I have recurring 30 minute calls with my executive twice a week to review calendars and work through upcoming projects and support needs. Having weekly touch bases helps a ton.
Have you tried OneNote? You can make to do lists with boxes, assign things to your execs, etc. You can have one for each exec! We love it! Look on you tube to see more ways to use it. Good luck!
Are you the type of person who likes to write? You might find it useful to keep one note book for everything. Write their name in front of whatever it is that needs to be done, and when you are done with it just put a check on the left hand side. Something like a bullet journal but for work. It might be something to consider as I found that system fair useful because I forget little things. And in our line of work we can't forget stuff.
