Honestly, I'm not sure, but a great question to follow up on.
Yes Lidl’s does
We have an excellent EAP here, along with accommodations, and other benefits.
We have a nice Employee Assistance Program and free membership to Headspace. Regular care is hard to find — providers are so busy.
I have! I like it.
Mine does not really. However, perhaps there are resources through the VA to follow up with?

ATTENTION TO ANY VETERAN SUFFERING FROM PTSD, TBI, OR DEPRESSION, ANXIETY…
I’m a 100% P and T and have tried everything, therapy to mindfulness, nothing helped.
Depression is like being in a deep hole, others come by your hole and tell you how to get out of your hole and go their way, meanwhile you are still in a deep hole. Not me, i’ll gladly jump in that hole and get just as stuck as you are, then together, we will get out of that deep hole.
I have never felt better now, almost as before the military, I am a completely different person now.
What happened?? Ketamine Injection Treatments. OMG!! It’s the best i’ve felt in years. My pain isn’t as bad, my motivation is off the charts, i’m no longer taking prescription pharmaceuticals and I’m sleeping great!! No more nightmares.
Read all about it, just google it. The VA is almost there, but there are programs that help pay for it. I used Tricare
I agree with the first comment. I would make sure to consult a physician.
No
OP, most companies do have a EAP program. However, you need to see how many sessions you get for free, if you get free sessions. My company used to offer 10 free sessions. Then they cut it to five which is better than nothing but that’s a lot of time missed with a therapist or legal counsel, etc.
No but my workplace surely gives me anxiety and affects my mental health.
