Anyone up for sharing your wisdom on preparing for the LSAT with ADHD?

I’m around 21 weeks and have been dealing with a lot of leg, tailbone, back, and general muscle pain. Since I do work long hours Monday- Wednesday (10hr +) I’m trying find a comfortable chair to switch to. Any recommendations? Currently I’m switching every hour or so between my kneeling chair and standing.

Starting second trimester, has anyone had really bad upper back pain like inbtwn shoulder blades? If so, pregnancy pillow help? Also starting to get pain lower abdomen/stomach. Think it’s everything stretching inside, but didn’t know if something could help!

Is it normal to feel numb around the holidays? I'm tired, dealing with seasonal affective disorder and a really tough caseload right now. My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Will need sophisticated tech development. Given we are not dev / engg, what advice can you share with regards to getting someone tech hands-on with expertise on board? It is more of sitting with users to understand their process and map it to CRM suite and build additional features to map their specific processes.
