Exited to a tech company 2 weeks ago. Should I be worried about layoffs… strategy and operations role

Expecting an offer today from Deloitte consulting (commercial). Would love to hear tips and advice on how to react to the call and negotiate/what to negotiate more for. I was laid off back in the fall and will 100 percent take the offer - super excited!! But don’t want to show my emotions. TIA

I quit my previous job approximately 5-6 months ago due to toxic culture and being pressured to commit fraud… I fear hiring managers see that I’ve been out of work for this time and may assume I was fired or laid off. So as we were the first to get hit with COVID in NY, we are seeing declines in numbers now. Travelers are cut short of their contract, our hours are getting cut, and staffs are laid off.
