Try something new! I read an article that explains this much better than I can, but I have found it to be true. Hope it helps! http://blog.idonethis.com/science-of-slowing-down-time/
Weed.
I think this is normal. And It keeps speeding up as the years go by.

This is life. You may think “oh it’s just crazy right now, as soon as X is done it’ll slow down.”
That’s a lie we tell ourselves. It doesn’t slow down or get better. It’s stupidly cliche but, “life moves pretty fast. If you didn’t stop and look around once in a while, you can miss it”
I try to be more intentional about focusing on the present moment in order so that time doesn’t feel like it’s just slipping past me. I’m in-house, and find myself falling into the trap of trying to get everything done as quickly as possible - but being on hyper speed at work has made my personal life also feel on hyper speed. I’ve learned to push back on the sense of urgency others often project on my work (setting realistic deadlines), to take the time I need to do a good job (slowing down and not rushing myself) and to make time to reflect on my accomplishments daily. On the personal side, I make time to reflect positively on my life daily and try to resist slipping into past/future perspectives and focus on what is actually happening.
I’ve been out just over 10 years and anymore time just all seems to run together. It’s easy to get caught up in the mess, and then everything has passed you by.
