interviewed with Squarespace for their in-house creative role, asked for a salary range and recruiter said they “don’t have it right now” and asked me to give my range instead. I did, and they never got back to me after that call, despite even saying they will put me with the hiring manager the following week.

Nothing surprising but just want to share yet another negative experience with recruiters
