Need clarity on in-hand vs CTC (fixed/variable), bonus, hike cycle, role clarity, day-to-day work, project type (new/support/client), ownership, tech stack & cloud, learning support, remote policy, HR culture, attrition, stability. Any red flags like high variable pay or unclear growth?

Received an offer for non- tech CCM role and wondering if I should accept. I feel like I was lowballed and downleved despite having 6 YOE (relevant but not in tech). Not sure it will be beneficial to leave my current role for this offer to get my foot in the door.
