I was selected for a l3 role via IJP in the 1st week of may and the hiring manager informed me via email that i had been selected for the role and requested confirmation to proceed with offer letter generation. Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

I had recieved an offer from McKinsey and BCG but planning to decline as I got a better opportunity in a product based company which I prefer.

What’s the best way to decline the offer, I haven’t accepted the offer yet but was giving them reasons since last 1 week that I am on vacation and do not have access to emails.

I have worked at accenture and then deloitte in consulting domain in project management roles. Observed that in both orgs bulk of the assignments are project management related. Is this the norm in our consulting domain? Are engagements eg process optimization, business process design etc hard yo come by and if so how best to qualify for these roles instead of getting pushed in project management roles???
