Need few valuable suggestions on below situation.
One guy A joined as a fresher in Wipro for 3.5LPA(been 3 months around, no project allocated yet),
And then an offer was in pipeline with Y and finally received an offer with 5LPA and the role is related to cyber security.
Note: pf account is already created by wipro and Y is a good mnc though Any suggestions on how to handle this situation?

Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

OP - 30 days is old policy. The new policy came into effect in Feb 2018, under which you can’t work at any third party client location without LCA reposting or amendment depending on your case. EY law is doing the right thing.
Follow up with EY law and ask them when you can go to client site. They usually respond to all emails.
Are there guidelines on what may require an amendment? I thought that if you travel for more than 30 days outside of your MSA then it is required. But I made it clear in my case that I won’t need to travel that much, which is true. Yet they decided to file an amendment anyway.

What about traveling to a different office for meetings? Any need to file LCA?
.. days will be around 20 days across 5 months. But EY law decided to file an amendment anyway. I’m confused. Now I can’t even travel for the first part of the project where we have a number of key meetings. I won’t need to travel afterwards. So I’m missing out on the most important part of the project and once they file the amendment, which they won’t tell me how long so I can communicate with my team, I probably won’t have an urgent need to travel anymore. Is this common?

Wait, so basically you are local? But the only travel is to the client office, in the same city? That’s odd. Why should they need to file for an amendment for this reason?

Once the LCA is filled and completed you can travel. From what it sounds like your amendment is also filed. You don't need to wait for the outcome of the amendment to travel. If the amendment gets rejected then you need to make a decision to refile it find another project.
