Hi, I got a offer from HCL stating that joining within a month. As per my company policy - 60 days NP. I tried a lot for buyout option and leave adjustment in my current company. Is this for all staff levels? Guidehouse did this for Manager and above.
Unlimited PTO usually means no PTO , only exceptions are leadership’s behind kissers!

Hell yes
I thought it was bad but pretty much everyone on my team including all managers in my ladder have had a little over 2 months of PTO the past year.
IMO, unlimited PTO is not a good benefit. In fact, many employees with unlimited PTO take LESS vacation!! Unlimited PTO is only good if there's a minimum number of REQUIRED vacation days. On the other hand, more holidays is fantastic.
