What’s the inside scoop on GALE agency NYC?
Hi, I am a making a career change from graphic design to motion design or as a 3d artist. I finished my masters degree last October and have been looking for a job since then. Can anyone please refer me to entry level roles that are not asking entry levels to have 3-5 years experience if that even exists these days. Also below is a link to some of my work any feedback on the portfolio would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I was in the same boat as you (deciding between PwC and EY offer) I took PwC from a learning perspective but below is what I found when I was researching and talking to folks
1) PwC is more mature - better methodologies and structure. Work is more interesting too.
2) EY had a better culture (more collaborative and supportive) PAS is in a growth stage so you have an opportunity to make a mark
I took PwC because of the maturity and brand value
If you are decent performing and get a T2 rating you can be in the 15-17%range. I think T2 is the sweet spot- T1 is hard to get and you have to really work for it. T2 still offers a decent bonus for a lottttt less work lol

Oh dam I need to make the switch
Not answering the question I guess but for what it’s worth,I really enjoy Deloitte, and there are some other great human capital practices out there too - why only look at EY or PwC?
EY SM = PWC Director.
No AVPs at EY
PAS.
As someone who has only 2 years of organizational change management/culture and governance experience, should I accept the Senior Consultant offer for PAS at EY or the Experienced Associate (EA) role at PwC? I don't want to set myself up for failure but I know I can do well as a Senior Consultant. Perhaps, they may be expect me to know all the toolkits? In short, start as an EA or Senior Consultant in the Human Capital world?
why PwC over EY? do you guys know how much they expect of a Senior Consultant at EY? they also just reached out to me about applying for the Senior Associate role at PwC. I am conflicted.. I loved both interviews and the culture seems great for both. hmm...
