I am completing Noogler period this month.
I joined in January with 3-4 years of experience and Google offered me L3 Level and despite having other offers in hand, Google didn’t negotiate. And since Google was my dream company, I joined Google thinking I’ll ask for promotion in one year and do the hardwork.
Till now I wasn’t having any problem. But now it starts mentally for me. So, I referred one of my friend from my same batch of college and previous organisation. contd. in comments!

My visa expiry is June 2023 , whereas my Appointment to consulate is July 2022. I am going to renew my visa now but for my appointment I had given my current passport number and for appointment I need to carry the renewed passport(Which will have new Passport Number) , please help if this will be an issue?? My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.
