Planned on leaving earlier but was spooked by the COVID job market. Manager promo likely within 6-12 months, and while I like my company, I do not like my role.

Wait for manager promo to make a move elsewhere or just bite the bullet?

If I wait for manager, I can get additional PM exp. to accompany my PMP cert in hopes of getting a PM role elsewhere.

I am a Reliability Maintenance 3P contractor for Amazon. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering on June 2022. Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. One- I am a woman in a male dominated industry, I didn't go to a prestigious school like most of my peers and I just didn't think I deserved to be there.
