At my employer theres nothing HR can do with the info until about 60 days before someone takes leave.

Congratulations! I told my team at 20 weeks because I was on a travel engagement and didn’t want to travel after 28weeks. I I was a guy, I would’ve told them at 30 weeks.

I told my partner team around 10 weeks just so that I had cover in case something happened or I needed to go to the doctor for feeling nauseous. I told HR after the 20 week anatomy scan.

Totally your discretion! And congratulations!! I’d say around the 20 week mark is common. This still provides plenty of time for both you and your employer to plan out your absence. For women it can be different though if you are experiencing symptoms which impact work ,(as happened to me ) it is good to tell a few key people earlier so they are aware and understanding.
