It’s generally a chemistry check—they want to see if they like you as a person, if they’re going to want to spend upwards of 10 hours jamming on a brief with you, so just be yourself, and ask lots of questions about them, because the check goes both ways!

Depends on their experience interviewing candidates. Less experience means they’re going to ask you all the serious questions google told them to ask in an interview. More means they’ll probably just shoot the shit with you, answer the questions you don’t want to ask your future boss, and thank you for a break from work to shoot the shit for awhile.
