I have received 3 offers from 3 companies for PM role in the last week with my preferred company offering the least.

I would like to negotiate based on competing offer numbers - what are the things that I should keep in mind when doing so? Anything that I should be of? Like should or should I not share the actual offer letter? Etc?

Not sure if this matters but I have a total of 14YOE with 5 of them in a BA, Sr. BA roles. Started off as a software engineer.

Is negotiating offers the norm now? I’ve been at my company awhile and at the time I was hired they said they don’t do negotiations, take it or leave it and they’d offer the next person. Just became an ACD. Im in a limbo. Half of the time im being treated as a Super Senior AD and the other half im being treated as a Almost CD. Then when im scoped over work that my CD and I oversee, some people are asking me how does my role differ from the CD’s, as they tend to look at me as an unnecessary layer for approvals.
