It has been impossible to build a good relationship with my manager, he isn’t transparent with me and never provides any constructive feedback so I have no idea how I’m performing. I recently asked for a raise since I completed all my assigned projects for this year plus a few that I took on due to resignations and was denied with no reason. I’m so checked out and looking for a new job and manager that I can learn from and will help me grow, any help is appreciated!

I am working in Deloitte as a Assistant Manager in Risk Advisory and I am working as Threat Hunter and Threat Intel in MDR, EDR and XDR technologies, I do have 6years of experience in Information Security Domain. I got the opportunity in Spain Madrid in Deloitte Europe location.
I wanted to ask as per my experience and profile what kind of salary bracket should I ask ? Also after deductions or in hand salary, is it manageable to live in Madrid Spain.

New to FDD world, can someone explain this? Why would you put something debt and debt like items already but still include them on NWC adjustment? I have seen bonus accrual as debt like, then bonus accrual is an adjustment on NWC on a normalized basis. Should this bonus accrual be excluded as standard exclusion under: debt-like? Seems double counting here.

OLA (Data Scientist 2)- 35.45lpa + 10% variable
Deloitte( Senior Consultant)- 31.5 lpa + 10%variable + 6.5 jb

Yoe : 7.2 yrs

Any suggestions ?
