I work at TCS for Apple as an ML engineer, I have overall YOE of 5.5 years and relevant exp is 2 years, I am serving notice period and I have a few offers from start ups, but looking for opportunities in Companies like Big 4 and FAANG. Right now i feel i should switch to a customer facing role because i think it's a good fit for me and also it seems quite interesting and engaging. DO YOU JUST ASSUME THE COST OF YOUR MARKETING ACTIVITIES? I am looking to allocate their cost in the marketing budget in a way that won't rely on several layers of assumptions. How do you reliably estimate the cost of different marketing activities (email, social, web, etc) when you don't have specific people or tools allocated to each function and costs are spread across many channels? Ads seems the easiest, but even then there's time and overheads... I've been looking for a reliable model.
