Up the cream and slowly reduce sugar...before you know it, you're taste will have gotten used to it. Then if you want to reduce the cream, you can go from there.
Once you think about all the calories you're saving by drinking straight black, you'll have an easier time excluding it from your coffee :) I really enjoy plain black coffee now.
Just stop lol coffee is so yummy without cream or sugar!!
All sugar? Why? Even rum? Think of the impact to the banana (& sugar) republics.
AS2 - agree. Long time ago I gave up sugar by eating own homemade food from scratch. Hard life style in public accounting. Processed food is way worse now - sugar and salt and preservatives are in everything even so called healthy food.
Tea!
Start drinking IPA's. It will make the coffee taste less bitter.
Vanilla soy. No other sweeteners
Lol might try that for stevia ^^
Sugar lobbying is the new "man". So crazy how this lucrative industry, has managed to maintain ignorance in the public about the effects of sugar. Replacing sugar with a substitute like stevia, Splenda, sucrolose, aspartame, taurine, etc. while cause the same effect if not further deteriorate your health. Milk & cream are also naturally high in sugar. Skim/reduced fat has more as sugar is a flavor replacement in reduced fat products. Watch Katie curic's documentary "fed up" - mind blowing. Just focus on filling your diet with whole, raw, non/low processed foods and remember that cravings are a result of your brain telling your body it is suffering nutritional deficiencies
Okay but the question was about quitting sugar all together not replacing it.
Plexus Slim - gives the boost, without sugar
Eat/drink no sugar or grains (including Fructose, e.g. fruit) for 3 days (even if it means no coffee, drink water) then use Splenda on day 4 and it will taste amazing. For the first three days it's awful but then you can get used to it and reintroduce love mired whole grains and 2-3 fruit servings a day.
Tea and beer
Stevia
Jk, I love sugar
Spenda
