This would absolutely be litigated… heavy expenses for you due to the required experts and discovery. And I say that even if there were actually “minor damages.” It’s hard to answer you question the way it is posited and would definitely need more information to do a proper valuation. Based on as written this doesn’t seem like a high value case or even a strong case worth even pursuing, IMHO.

I agree in the fact of not enough information. If the polyp became cancerous and patient ended up with a colostomy there is ongoing expenses of product, education, therapy because of body dysfunction. The ongoing chance of more problems in the future. Need a lot more information
