I am considering uprooting my family and moving to TN for a better quality of life. I am having one heck of a time trying to find a new job while states away, while working full time. Does anyone have any pointers? The thought of this move makes me wish I could just quit now.

I work with great people. Really can’t say anything bad about my firm in general either. But…I still dislike the entire premise of law firm life, the billable hour, etc.. I’d love to work in a law school setting as a counselor or something but I can’t afford the pay cut. *sigh* Does anyone feel like being a lawyer is just doing homework all day? Would it be hard to get a exp associate role in advisory at a B4 as someone with about 10 months in audit at EY, 7 months experience in corporate accounting at a F300 and CPA? Hated my time at the F300 but had thought the grass would be greener in industry. I’m starting a financial analyst position at a major hospital system in my area soon and want to stick with that for a couple years before making a transition but was curious if I just don’t have the right experience for a role in advisory.

I am 7 yoe as TechnoFuntional Consultant working with SAP ABAP and SAP SD. I started as ABAP extensively working with SD, so certified in SD. Is there a demand for this type of skill? What role should I look for?

Has anyone had issues with metabolism from keto?

Anyone with stage IV endo and recurring Endometriomas gone on Lupron after egg retrieval? I’m still on birth control but my doc said after egg retrieval (assuming we get a strong embryo), I’d get off of birth control and on lupron for two months before transfer. The reason I’m not getting off of birth control now is because it manages my pain.

I recently joined a small-sized product based company.I have not been able to get along with my manager. He does not give me full information on assigned tasks and expects me to follow his order to the letter like in a military. When I ask him doubts he either scolds me or laughs at me like I am dumb. I have $20k in savings, I owe $6,000 to my 401k loan, that’s the only loan I got. I am debt free otherwise except for my house. Should I use my savings to pay off? Since people are talking about unemployment and being fired, I wanted to make sure I have enough, 👩🏾‍💻... What should I do? I initially took the loan to add to my home equity when I sell my house for a new house then covid hit.
