I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

I have not used Lennar, but generally the builders offer some sort of incentive (like $10k towards closing costs) but their rates are not always the best. ALWAYS get multiple rate quotes. We bought a Pulte home a couple of years ago and got them to match a better rate that we found; alternately, we are closing on a new build tomorrow and the builder’s lender rate was a total joke so we went with an outside lender.
Welcome! Like I said, we have done this three times in three years (don’t ask 😆) so lots of experience with new builds! My husband is also an agent and his background is financial planning (he’s a CFP) so taught me a ton about the mortgage part. Happy to answer any questions I can along the way, feel free to DM!
We also bought a Lennar home but haven't locked in mortgage. House is due Nov for now. Where are you located OP?
